Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any return.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

There is no cash refund under any circumstances, but you will obtain a coupon voucher for the value of the returned purchases, through which you can purchase other products from our website or from the store.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then coupon voucher will be issued, it can be used on online website and in-store, this coupon will be valid for three months from the issue date, after the coupon expires, we completely absolve ourselves of any responsibility for that. You can contact us, as we will estimate whether it is possible to extend its validity for a specific period determined by us, but we are not obligated to extend it, and our decision in that regard is final.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be returned, But this is at the discretion of the responsible person from us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send back your product to our store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
