Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 3 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange under any circumstances. All return/exchange requests received beyond this period will be automatically void.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in full original packaging, including any tags, labels, or inserts. Any item that shows signs of use, wear, or tampering will be rejected.

We reserve the full right to reject any return or exchange request that we determine does not meet our conditions. Our decision in this regard is final and non-negotiable.


Non-returnable items
Several types of goods are completely exempt from being returned or exchanged, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Health and personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Proof of Purchase
To complete any return, a receipt or clear proof of purchase is required. Items returned without proof of purchase will be automatically rejected.


Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. If your return is approved, a store credit coupon will be issued for the value of the returned item (excluding shipping fees and possible admin charges). This coupon is:

  • Valid for one-time use only
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Usable both online and in-store
  • Valid for 3 months from the issue date

After the coupon expires, we absolve ourselves of any responsibility. You may contact us to request an extension, but we are not obligated to approve it. Any decision to extend is at our sole discretion and is final.


Sale Items

All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. Exception to this is solely at the discretion of our management.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photo or video proof. After this period, exchange requests for damaged items will not be accepted.


Shipping Your Return

You must send the return to our store address at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping fees, and they are non-refundable. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring proper packaging
  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Considering shipping insurance for expensive items

We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item and are not liable for returns lost or damaged during transit.

If the returned item does not reach us within 7 days of our return approval, the request will be automatically cancelled.


By placing an order on our website or in-store, you agree to all the above terms. Your completed purchase serves as your full acceptance of this Return & Exchange Policy.
